What the people say......

Lucky enough to get an advance read of this novel, and it is an incredibly dark comedy.
Paul Slatter holds a sharp lens up to the morals and values of modern-day society, all through the eyes of a surprisingly well-rested 600-year-old vampire.
The characters are rich and complex—from the lovable to the appallingly corrupt. No one escapes scrutiny.
Morality is questioned at every turn, and despite the darkness, there were moments that made me laugh out loud.
I don’t usually gravitate towards vampire novels, but this one is a game changer. Definitely worth your time.
